Empire Outpatient Services - This facility provides outpatient alcohol and other drug education, relapse prevention, treatment and recovery planning, and individual counseling for teens and adults. Potential client can call and make an appointment to talk to a recovery counselor for free with no commitment needed. They will try to get the client in the same day or next day, if possible, to discuss “where they are at” and help them decide what they want to do. Can arrange treatment and counseling, if client chooses. Accepts drug Medi-Cal, private insurance, or private pay with sliding scale. Women’s Recovery & Resiliency Services – Intensive Outpatient program for women, specializing in pregnant women or women with young children who need alcohol and drug treatment.
